Distinguished polish thinker, writer Stanislav Stashis
(1755-1826) wrote in his book "Warning to Poland
concerning to contemporary political state in Europe
and based to Objective Laws of Nature" published in
Warsaw in 1790: "Where law becomes the arm to tell
falsehood and to play the hypocrite, the citizens of
that country grow as thief and robber. Afterwards,
they become the kings who occupy the top places."
