The plenum dedicated to the works of Azerbaijan folk
music instruments was held in June 18-19. The first
secretary of Board of Directors of Composers Union of
Azerbaijan, the People Artist of the Republic Vasif
Adigzelov opened the meeting with introduction. He
made a speech about the benefit of this plenum,
participated collective and soloists, played works.
The Orchestra of folk musical instruments of TV and
Radio Broadcasting Company named after Said Rustamov
(art director People Artist of the Republic Nariman
Azimov and band master Faig Sadigov) and Azerbaijan
State Orchestra of Folk Musical Instruments (art
director Agaverdi Pashaev) participated there.
F.Amirov, H.Khanmammadov, S.Akhundova, R.Mustafaev,
V.Adigozelov, N.Azimov, O.Kazimi, N.Guliev, Vasif and
Jeyhun Allahverdiev brothers works included to the
program of the plenum.
