After World War II Rashid Behbudov goes to Hungary
first time in 1949 to take part at the Congress of
International Democratic Youth in Budapest. The famous
artist participates as a representative of the Soviet
Youth. Well-known Soviet composer A.Novikov has
composed The Hymn of Democratic Youth. Rashid
Behbudov performs this work skillfully in front of
many-thousands auditorium gathered to Budapest from
all over the world. His ability evaluates highly by
audience and he is awarded to the golden medal as a
laureate of this International Congress.
